Informiam Architecture

Informiam works with the information and systems in your existing environment to support your business.

Informiam works with your information:

Architecture Chart
The Interfuse Engine extracts and consolidates information from disparate multi-vendor data sources. Your data is then translated into a consistent format and pushed to the Event Matrix. Using semantic technologies, the Interfuse Engine can lower the cost for both implementing and maintaining applications versus traditional approaches. Informiam solutions focus on customizing the model to add or extend relationship definitions or rules instead of transforming and loading your data into customized databases.
The Event Matrix employs sophisticated inference engines to actively locate and identify unusual business events. The Event Matrix supports both predefined rules - stating when to alert on specific values - and dynamically discovered events using logic inference and probabilities. Administrators have the ability to tune and adjust correlation rules and thresholds according to organizational standards. The results are then delivered to the Informiam Publisher.
Informiam Publisher takes the correlated information and communicates the results via user-preferred channels. Theses channels streamline the manner in which information is received and provide an automated mechanism for ensuring the right pieces of information reach the right individuals before an isolated issue grows into an enterprises problem. Using the Informiam Workbench, an administrator can configure enterprise policies, administer and tune specific features and functions inside of our software. Filtering and event notification options can also be configured directly through the workbench.

Informiam works with your systems

Informiam's architecture is built on a J2EE platform and utilizes open standards such as XML, Web Services, and RDF. Informiam's Framework ensures long-term reliability and scalability. Our software runs on industry standard platforms such as Linux 2.6, Microsoft Windows Server 2003, and Sun Solaris 10.
