Informiam Names Daniel Goodwin Vice President Of Channels and Alliances

ATLANTA (April 24, 2006) – Informiam, the leading provider of real-time performance management software for contact center operations, announced today that Daniel Goodwin has joined the organization as Vice President of Channels and Alliances. Formerly with Cisco Systems, Goodwin offers extensive experience with contact center technologies, and has also cultivated key relationships in enterprise markets.

At Cisco, he worked closely with the company’s enterprise sales organization, service provider sales organization and channel partners to create and close sales opportunities.

Goodwin holds a B.A. degree in Economics from George Mason University.
