Informiam Customer Deployments reach 20,000 Desktops

Informiam, a pioneer in Real-Time Business Optimization (RTBO) solutions, announced today that its customer deployments have grown to over 20,000 desktops in less than two years since its launch in late 2002. Informiam´s flagship product, ClearPathT, provides real-time actionable information enabling IT operations, contact centers and business operations to quickly diagnose, communicate and resolve critical events affecting their operations.
As a true testament to the value delivered by the Informiam solutions, and in response to growing pressures for improved business performance, all Informiam customers have expanded their initial ClearPath deployments to other core operational areas. Informiam has enjoyed market adoption across a broad spectrum of customers which range from Fortune 500 to mid-tier companies in the financial services, retail and telecommunications industry segments.
